Can I rent just one bedroom?
At Midtown, yes, if you are an active college student (any school, not only A&M). Anyone can lease a whole Midtown townhome. Fox Meadows is whole-home leases only.
How far is campus?
Midtown is on Holleman Drive, about half a mile to a mile and a half from Texas A&M, on Aggie Spirit routes 26 and 27. Fox Meadows is 1.5 miles away on route 34.
What's included in rent?
At Midtown, internet and water. At Fox Meadows, no utilities are included.
Do you match roommates?
Yes, at Midtown. Move in with friends, or we will match you with roommates.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, at both, up to two pets. There is a pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet.
